A major flaw in Puthoff's whole program for NASA BPP described in
Aviation Week March 1, 2004 "To The Stars" is that you cannot solve
interesting problems with it like you can do in Einstein's GR.
Diaz's paper solves some important problems using GR that Hal is not
even able to formulate in PV.
In particular, we can easily compute the /\zpf field configuration in
Guv + /\zpfguv = 0 for w = -1 exotic vacuum using Diaz's equations in
IV that simplify significantly when w = -1.
Note that w < -1 is phantom energy with a Big Rip destroying our
universe completely after a finite time as in the Revelations of Saint
John. w > -1 is quintessence. In my theory w = -1 exactly and we are
precariously balanced on the razor's edge with the Cosmic Sword of
Damocles hanging over us - unless we become Q-Masters and get good at
metric engineering. We have no more time to dilly dally with false leads.
Look at Diaz's equations 4.3 - 4,7 as a start and set w = -1, so a lot
of terms go to zero.
Note that
Tuv(exotic vacuum) = (c^4/8piG*)/\zpfguv
where
hG*/c^3 = Quantum of Area
This will be a scale dependent variable that I think is ~ (1 fermi)^2 at
the scale of practical metric engineering (an educated guess only)
/\zpf = (Quantum of Area)^-1[(Effective Volume)|Vacuum Coherence|^2 - 1]
Where Vacuum Coherence obeys a macro-quantum guv covariant
Landau-Ginzburg equation with a Mexican Hat Potential
V(Vacuum Coherence) in the simplest model like in the class of inflation
theories.
So we need a bootstrap self-consistent solution of Einstein's IT FROM
BIT field equation with the BIT FROM IT Landau-Ginzburg equation.
Diaz's solution is a step in that direction telling us what the Vacuum
Coherence pattern must be.
However, we can get away with not having to solve the difficult
nonlinear bootstrap on small scale ~ 30 meters let's say using only from
a /\ zpf = 0 initial non-exotic vacuum with the rotating high Tc
superconductors (e.g. Ning Li & E. Podkletnov as a motivation)
/\zpf(induced) = (Quantum of Area)^-1(Density of Circulating Condensed
Superconducting Real Electron Pairs in the Rotating Disks)^1/2(Density
of Condensed Virtual Electron-Positron Pairs)^1/2 (Volume Occupied by
the Real Electron Pairs)cosine[2pi[(Enclosed Magnetic Flux)/(Flux
Quantum) - (Enclosed Mechanical Vorticity Flux)/(Vortex Quantum)]
where the magnetic and mechanical rotation pseudo-vectors are anti-parallel.

I had this same idea independently.
“Space-time wormholes were introduced in Wheeler's idea of space-time
foam. Traversible wormholes as defined by Morris & Thorne became popular
as potential short cuts across the universe and even time machines. More
recently, the author proposed a general theory of wormhole dynamics,
unified with ________-hole dynamics. This article gives a brief review of
the above ideas and summarizes progress on wormhole dynamics in the last
year. Firstly, a numerical study of dynamical perturbations of the first
Morris-Thorne wormhole showed it to be unstable, either collapsing to a
________ hole or exploding to an inflationary universe. This provides a
mechanism for inflating a wormhole from space-time foam to usable size.
Intriguing critical behaviour was also discovered. Secondly, a wormhole
solution supported by pure radiation was discovered and used to find
analytic examples of dynamic wormhole processes which were also recently
found in a two-dimensional dilaton gravity model: the construction of a
traversible wormhole from a Schwarzschild ________ hole and vice versa, and
the enlargement or reduction of the wormhole.” Sean A. Hayward, Recent
progress in wormhole dynamicshttp://arxiv.org/abs/gr-qc/0306051
“We show explicitly that traversable wormholes requiring exotic matter
in 4-dimensions nevertheless have acceptable stress-tensors obeying
reasonable energy conditions in higher dimensions if the wormholes are
regarded as being embedded in higher dimensional space-times satisfying
Einstein's field equations. From the 4-dimensional perspective, the
existence of higher dimensions may thus facilitate wormhole and
time-machine constructions through access to exotic matter.”
A note on 4-dimensional traversable wormholes and energy conditions in
higher dimensions W. F. Kao, Chopin Soo
Replace “exotic matter” by my exotic vacuum /\zpf local field from the
intensity of the vacuum coherence that we can probably manipulate with
rotating superconductors and by other means.

Guv + /\zpfguv = 0 for w = -1 exotic vacuum using Diaz's equations in

Guv +/\zpfguv = p(w), where p is the probability of an exotic vacuum
being stable.
w=-1 is a contradiction since w can never be negative but a number
between a 0 and 1.

Tuv(exotic vacuum) = (c^2/4piG*)/\(hG*/c^3 = Quantum of Area)^2
where hG*/c^2*p(zpfguv) = The most Probable Quantum of Area

The probability of this is equal to zero (0). It can NEVER be measured
due to the entropy stage where it is measured from. Or rather, WHEN
its is measured. "WHEN" is sucha an instant that it can't
(theoretically) be meaured by any given apparathus made and used by man.
